What is this store's return and exchange policy?

You may return unworn and unwashed apparel and any unopened media. Trying on an item does not count as being worn. Returns must be submitted within seven days from when you receive your order. You are responsible for paying for any shipping.

Once your package is received and the item is confirmed as returnable, a refund to your Paypal account will be issued in the amount of the item plus any sales tax you may have paid. You will not be refunded for shipping and handling.

To make an exchange, just follow the return steps outlined above and place a new order for the correct item(s) at your convenience.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, we ship using international USPS shipping.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

The Storenvy checkout process uses Paypal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as Paypal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure servers. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

To complete an order, you must have a Paypal account. Most users already have one, but if you don't, it will only take a few seconds to create.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

Can I track my order?

We do not offer order tracking at this time.

What happens when I place an order with multiple stores?

In almost every case, you will receive a separate package from each store you placed an order with. Any questions or comments you have about an item should be handled with the specific store through which you ordered that item.
